Abstract

Knowledge culture is a concept which has been discussed in the last 15 years in the English scientific literature, while there are only two publications in the German. Knowledge culture shows how members of a company think, feel and act about knowledge. berita akurat can be seen as the starting point of a development in knowledge management or as the target point. Knowledge culture is based upon corporate culture. It can be analysed and described by means of apparent and non-apparent elements. Successful examples of companies show that certain values promote knowledge cultures. Also important is long-term strategic planning, the organisations structure, face-to-face contact between members of the organization, even when they are in no vertical or horizontal hierarchical line and the support of the desire to have knowledge among employees. Senior management acts as a role model but even more important are supervisors and their attitude towards knowledge. Above all is cooperative working in teams recommendable. The article shows that knowledge culture was already examined in several aspects, but a comprehensive model or theory is still missing.
