CONTENPORANEOUS CONCEPT OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPEMENT AND INOVATION THEORY

Authors

Abstract

This paper pays attention to topical view of an enterprise as an organic complex and it also presents an attempt to interlink the theory of innovation – which is developed on the basis of conception by professor Valenta – with the theories of „saturation S curves“ and spontaneous order. The body of the paper is focused on innovation dynamism and development dynamism of firms. The conclusion of this paper brings a synthesis of all three conceptions and theoretical conclusions are deduced for current conditions of enterprise development and entrepreneurship in the form of the model M – II. Interpretations of the issues are completed by visual simulations of some new theoretical pieces of knowledge, which are based on the theory of enterprise potential and innovation. This advances the view of the enterprise development modelling.
