Abstract

The main principles of Corporate Business are the questions of Cash Flow and Net Present Value. These two principles are basement for further financial analysis in company, including the company’s value estimation and its efficiency using Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return. However the academic praxis shows the problem of students’ right understanding and interpretation of this heme.
